The cutting blade of the Kasumi Tora is made of Molybdenum-Vanadium steel, a Japanese steel with excellent cutting performance, rust resistant and easy to resharpen. The blade has an asymmetrical sharpening, classic of Japanese knives specifically designed for cutting fish, and can only be used by right-handed people. The handle is made of magnolia wood with black epoxy treatment, which provides comfort and long life, it is light and well balanced.
