The Kasumi Nakiri knife is constructed from 33-layer Damascus steel with a VG10 cutting edge produced in Seki Japan. The handle is forged, full-tang with micarta scales, the rectangular shape of the blade is perfect for cutting vegetables and small pieces of meat and fish.
